We would like to thank those who completed the survey, there were over 50 responses. Just over 80% recommended collecting annual dues to offset the cost of supplies.  We will be collecting $30 per player which will only go to supplies for our club - Venmo @Michele-Poggi or cash can be given to Kevin or Michele in an envelope with your name on it.

Suggestions received included:

• Having more all level playing events - the first one will be our Holiday Social Play this Sunday at 1:00

• Encourage the Intermediate/Advanced group to use the RSVP on the calendar on Team Reach to help plan for the number of players during the morning open play sessions- We will send out reminders 

• Having tournaments against other communities - we are looking to create a committee to help lead/coordinate these

• More skills and drills clinics - we will plan more!

• Repairs on the courts and making the shared tennis/pickleball court lines easier to see with a different color - we have requested a meeting with the Board and are waiting for a date

• Shed storage - when we have the meeting with the Board, we will discuss

• Solar lights for the courts - our request was denied, but we will try again!

• Pickleball backboard for practice - great idea, anyone with expertise who would be willing to take this on?

• Moving start times back in the winter - since some players like to come out before work, we would like to suggest using Team Reach to modify start times as needed throughout the year

• Offsite social play and the spring Pickleball Party -  Yes and we are planning to add 3 evening Glow Ball events for all levels. We would like to ask for a few people to start a committee to take this on.

• A separate Team Reach for each level was requested- starting January 1 we will have several Team Reach accounts:

We would like to emphasize that we are one Pickleball Club and would like to encourage you to try a different level to meet new people and have fun! We also hope that players take advantage of the Social Play events which will be open to all levels.
