On December 7, 2024, a meeting was held in the River Bluffs CAR about the proposed “Hilton Bluffs” development in Castle Hayne, NW of GE.

This proposed 4,000 home development by an out-of-town developer has very serious implications for the ecology, traffic, flooding, potential water pollution, and quality of life in the Castle Hayne area.

A written letter or post card is much more effective than an email.
Write to each of them individually. Include where you live and your personal concerns about how this development will affect you and your family. You may wish to include an “ask” in which you pose a specific question and ask them to get back to you.

This development is on the radar of our NH Commissioners! It was discussed at the meeting held December 16, 2024, and NOW IS THE TIME to make your voice heard!
