Landscape Update

We’re happy to share that trimming has been completed throughout the community, and pine straw distribution is now in its final stage. Everything should be wrapped up by Thursday.

The second round of turf treatment will begin on March 26th using MaxiGreen II. This liquid micronutrient fertilizer helps enhance color, improve plant health, and keep our lawns looking their best.

MaxiGreen II supports chlorophyll production, which helps create a deeper green color and stronger, healthier turf. It’s applied as a spray and provides important nutrients to keep lawns vibrant and well-balanced.

Regular yard maintenance will kick off next week, including mowing. Please note that turf height may be adjusted depending on the grass type and its current condition.
