Dear Owners,
We are writing to share an overview of planned updates and priorities as we look ahead to 2026. Our goal in communicating early is to provide clarity, and continue building a strong, well-maintained, and forward-looking community.
Over the coming year, our focus will be on a combination of maintenance, improvements, and long-term planning. These efforts are designed to protect the value of your investment while also addressing evolving needs and opportunities. Key areas of focus for 2026 include: Ongoing maintenance and repairs to preserve existing assets, Surveys to the community for future planning, Review of policies, processes, and budgeting to ensure sustainability, early review and revisit contracts for 2027 budget and continued emphasis on communication and owner engagement
Updates:
Annual Meeting:
The 2025 Annual Meeting video is now available and posted on the Cepco website along with the questions/answers, cover letter and power point and Developer report are under the folder Annual Meeting Documents.
Landscaping:
Should you elect to opt out of selected services or all services, all stakes are required to be placed by Wednesday, March 4th, 2026. Services will be suspended for a period of one year.
- Early February will begin with pre-emergent for lawn treatment. This is the most important application in preventing weeds. Please remember that weeds are the first to grow!
- A new program will be launched that allows owners to submit landscaping work orders directly to the Landscape team and Cepco. This will improve tracking and result in faster response times. More information will be shared in the coming months.
Additional information will be provided in 2026. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or feedback.
