We wanted to reach out to residents to update you on TS Debby's impact in River Bluffs:
(a) All roads are passable in River Bluffs as of 8.30 am although please be on the lookout for tree debris on the roads.
(b) There is pooled water in low lying areas on our roads. But all roads are passable at a slow speed.
(c) If you see a tree down on a road and you cannot move it, please reach out to rbhoaboard@riverbluffsliving.com;
(d) Both pools are closed until further notice. Our first level of concern will be lowering pool levels which takes a substantial amount of time depending on pool size, filter type (sand, cartridge), etc. Second will be removing debris from the pool so Tidewater can begin balancing water chemistry. Please keep in mind this takes time. Chemical additions need time to filter before the water is retested and adjusted properly.
(e) CEPCO is reaching out to Elements to request a pickup of tree debris after the storm has passed. We do not have a date as yet, but request residents place any tree debris on their curb for pickup by Friday morning.
(f) Suggest residents avoid Old Forest roads until the water has subsided.
Please stay safe.
