Community Information Announcement

Sunday July 21st, the GE Hitachi Wilmington site will be testing our fire alarm system evacuation horns in various buildings around the approximate times of 10AM to 2PM. The evacuation alarm sound is a repeated loud horn blast with a pause in between each blast and may potentially be heard by our neighbors in the River Bluffs community.

We are testing the horns to ensure we maintain compliance with applicable fire code requirements, and the alarm sounds are not as a result of an emergency.

Please inform your residents about this testing.
